摘　　要：基于多元化背景,简要论述高校思想政治教育工作现状,并对构建大学生思想政治教育协同机制的必要性以及主要原则进行分析,在此基础上提出多元化背景下构建高校思政教育协同机制的具体路径,旨在促进我国高校思想政治教育工作实现创新协同发展,为我国的社会主义事业发展培养出高素质的综合型人才。Based on the diversified background,this article briefly discusses the current situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and analyzes the necessity and major principles of establishing collaborative mechanism of ideological and political education among college students. Based on this,the concrete path of building collaborative mechanism in ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the diversified background is proposed,aimed at promoting the innovative and collaborative development of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country and cultivating highly qualified comprehensive talents for the development of our socialist cause.
