摘 要:有源相控阵天线中T/R组件的散热对天线的性能和可靠性有着重要影响。文中针对某Ka相控阵天线模块体积小、热流密度高、散热难的问题,提出一种将液冷流道内置于天线底板的结构方案。采用冷板液冷的散热方式,运用Flotherm软件对单个T/R组件、天线阵列单元及天线模块的温度分布进行了分析及设计优化。实验结果表明该结构可有效降低T/R组件的最高温度到40℃以下,且保持组件之间的温度一致性约在2.8℃,验证了该天线模块结构设计合理。The heat dissipation of T/R module in active phased array antenna had important effect to the performance and reliability of antenna. Considering that some special Ka phased array antenna module had the problems of small volume,high heat flux density and difficult to dissipate heat,one structural scheme was proposed,i. e. liquid cooling channel was built in the bottom of antenna. By adopting the heat dissipation mode of cold plate-based liquid cooling,Flotherm software was utilized to analyze,design and optimize the temperature distribution of the single T/R module and antenna module. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed structure could efficiently reduce the highest temperature of T/R module to under 40℃,preserve the temperature consistency between components around 2. 8℃ and validate the rationality of the proposed structural design to the antenna module.
