基于“U”型测试转台的集束美化天线测量系统

摘　　要：针对由移动通信系统中集束美化天线体积大、重量重、形状异于常规板状天线等特点引起的常规天线测试系统相位中心偏移问题,提出了基于"U"型测试转台的集束美化天线室内远场测量系统,采用横向滚筒式方式测量天线水平面辐射方向图,避免了天线滑落引起的相位中心偏移问题。实际测试表明,与常规天线测试系统相比,所提系统具有测试精度高、承重大、无相位中心偏移、测试过程转台旋转平稳均匀、测试可靠性高等优点,能够满足集束美化天线的测试需求,同时具有双通道多频点扫频测量功能,可以有效地提高测试效率。For the mobile communication system,a cluster beautified antenna has large volume,heavy weight and singular shape compared to conventional bundled antenna,which results in the phase center migration of conventional antenna test system. To solve this problem,a cluster beautified antenna far-field indoor test system based on ＂ U＂ type turntable is proposed. The system uses the transverse drum to measure the radiation pattern of the antenna horizontal plane,which avoids the phase center shift caused by the antenna slip. The actual test shows that compared with the conventional antenna test system,the proposed system has the advantages of high test precision,large load bearing,no phase center offset,smooth rotation of the turntable during the test process,and high reliability of the test,which can meet the testing requirements of the cluster landscaping antenna. Meanwhile,with dual-channel multi-frequency sweep measurement function,the test efficiency can be improved effectively.
