益母草中的二萜类化合物研究

摘　　要：目的对益母草地上部分体积分数为75%的丙酮提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和反相C18色谱柱,对益母草乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到16个二萜化合物。分别鉴定为:16-oxo-leoheteronone A(1);15-methoxyleoheteronin B(2);sibiricinone A(3);sibericinone B(4);galeopsin(5);hispanone(6);leoheteronin B(7);leoheterin(8);heteronone B(9);8,9-seco-hispanlone(10);villenol(11);13E-labda-7,13-diene-15-ol(12);(+)-copalol(13);leopersin A(14)和3α-acetoxy-7β-hydroxy-9α,13;15,16-diepoxy-15β-methoxylabdan-6-one(15)及3α-acetoxy-7β-hydroxy-9α,13;15,16-diepoxy-15α-methoxylabdan-6-one(16)。结论其中13个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of labdane diterpenoids from 75% acetone extract of Leonurus heterophyllus.Methods The ethyl acetate extract of L.heterophyllus was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and reverse-phase RP-C18 column.Then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectral data.Results 16 compounds were isolated and identified as follows：16-oxo-leoheteronone A（1）;15-methoxyleoheteronin B（2）;sibiricinone A（3）;sibericinone B（4）;galeopsin（5）;hispanone（6）;leoheteronin B（7）;leoheterin（8）;heteronone B（9）;8,9-seco-hispanlone（10）;villenol（11）;13 E-labda-7,13-diene-15-ol（12）;（＋）-copalol（13）;leopersin A（14）and 3α-acetoxy-7β-hydroxy-9α,13;15,16-diepoxy-15β-methoxylabdan-6-one（15）and 3α-acetoxy-7β-hydroxy-9α,13;15,16-diepoxy-15α-methoxylabdan-6-one（16）.Conclusion 13 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
