摘  要:目的建立化生平合剂中大黄素和丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法,提高化生平合剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中的虎杖和丹参进行鉴别,采用HPLC法同时测定虎杖中大黄素和丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。色谱条件为:采用Krosamil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相;流速:1.0mL·min-1;柱温:25℃。结果大黄素、丹参酮ⅡA分别在0.156 4~1.564和0.021 6~0.216μg范围内峰面积与其进样量线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为98.42%和103.29%,RSD值分别为1.11%和1.54%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于化生平合剂的质量控制。Objective The method for determination of emodin and tanshinone ⅡA was established in order to improve the quality standard of Huashengping Mixture.Methods TLC was used to identify Polygonum cuspidatum and Salvia miltiorrhiza.HPLC with a Krosamil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was applied for the determination of emodin and tanshinone ⅡA using methanol-water(75∶25)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the temperature of column was 25 ℃.Results The linear ranges of emodin and tanshinoneⅡA were 0.156 4-1.564 and 0.021 6-0.216μg,respectively.The average recoveries were 98.42% and 103.29% and the RSD were 1.11% and 1.54%,respectively.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Huashengping Mixture.
