健胃止痛片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立健胃止痛片(草豆蔻、乌药和干姜等)的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对乌药和干姜进行定性鉴别,用HPLC法对山姜素含量进行定量测定。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性无干扰。山姜素质量浓度在1.055~211.0μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为y=8 658.2x+698.6,r=1.000 0;平均回收率为101.7%,RSD值为0.83%。结论该方法重复性良好、操作简便,可为健胃止痛片的质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish the quality standard for Jianweizhitong Tablets（Alpinia katsumadai Hayata,Lindera aggregate（Sims）Kosterm.,Zingiber officinale Rosc.,etc.）.Methods TLC was used for qualitative identification of Lindera aggregate（Sims）Kosterm.and Zingiber officinale Rosc..Alpinetin was quantatively analyzed by HPLC.Results The TLC spots were clear and free from negative intervention.Alpinetin presented a good linear correlation within the range of 1.055-211.0μg·mL-1,and the regression equation was y=8 658.2 x＋698.6（r=1.000 0）.The mean recovery was 101.7%,and RSD was 0.83%.Conclusion The method is reproducible and easy to operate,which can provide a reference for the quality control of Jianweizhitong Tablets.
