摘　　要：目的为二级医疗卫生机构药事管理及服务建设的完善提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,对西安市82家二级医疗卫生机构药剂科的人员建设、药品管理和设施设备建设进行调研,并将收集的问卷数据进行统计分析。结果调研共发放问卷82份,回收有效问卷71份(85.59%)。其中,药学专业技术人员比例达标单位占19.72%,副高以上药师比例符合要求占38.03%,临床药师人员达标为25.35%;仅少数医疗卫生机构未按照原卫生部相关规定落实抗菌药物品种数要求,所有医疗卫生机构均未建立静脉配置中心,大多数配备中药房、冷藏柜、精神药品和麻醉药品专用柜、常温库并实行大窗口或柜台发药,但药房面积较小(平均117.25m^2)。结论西安市二级医疗卫生机构有必要增加药学专业技术人员,加大设备及设施的投入,提高药事管理及服务水平,建立药事管理规范化的长效机制。Objective To provide reference for the improvement of pharmacy management and service construction of secondary medical and health institutions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the staff situation,drug administration,facilities and equipment construction of hospital pharmacy management and services in 82 secondary hospitals in Xi′an,and the questionnaire data were collected and statistically analyzed.Results A total of 82 questionnaires were issued,and 71 effective questionnaires were recovered（85.59%）.Among them,the proportion of qualified pharmaceutical professional and technical personnel was 19.72%,and only 38.03% of hospitals had personnel whose positions were above associate pharmacists,and the clinical pharmacists was 25.35%.With regarding to antimicrobials species,only a minority of medical and health institutions have no implement the requirement for the antimicrobials species of the Ministry of Health.All medical and health institutions have not established venous allocation centers.Most of the secondary hospitals were equipped with traditional Chinese medicines pharmacy,freezers,facilities for psychotropic and narcotic drugs,normal temperature warehouse and dispensing counters,but the area was small（average 117.25 m^2）.Conclusion It is necessary to increase the professional and technical personnel,consummate equipments and facilities,improve the level of pharmaceutical affairs management and service,establish long-term effective mechanism of pharmaceutical affairs management for the secondary hospital pharmacies in Xi′an.
