摘 要:学习评价作为教育教学活动的重要组成部分,是促进学生成才的有效手段.然而目前学习评价方式存在评价主体和评价形式单一、期末考试分数比重过大、实践能力考核比重过低、忽视课程教学过程环节评价等问题.围绕地方高校转型发展的要求,以学生综合能力评价和人格养成为核心,从学习态度、实践应用、协作交流三个维度构建多主体、多形式的学习评价体系,充分发挥形成性评价在提升学生实践应用能力中的积极作用,探索新工科背景下促进地方高校转型发展的多元学习评价模式.As an important part of education and teaching activities,learning evaluation is an effective means to promote the development of student. However,at present,there are some problems in the way of learning evaluation,such as a single evaluation body and evaluation form,the excessive proportion of final exam scores,the low proportion of practical ability assessment,and the neglect of evaluation of the course teaching process. This paper focuses on the requirements of the application-oriented transformation and development of local colleges and universities,emphisizes on the students' comprehensive ability evaluation and personality cultivation. From three dimensions of learning attitude,practical application,and collaborative communication,a multi-subject,multi-form learning evaluation system was constructed giving full play to the positive role of formative evaluation in improving the practical application ability of students and exploring the multi-learning evaluation model that promotes the transformation and development of local colleges and universities in the context of new engineering disciplines.
