摘  要:基于库仑滴定法测定全硫具有测量范围广及快速测定全硫的特点,从高硫煤一般分析试验样品的粒度、电解液重复使用条件、试验适宜称样量及方法的精密度(重限性及再现性)等4个主要方面阐述了ISO 20336:2017《固体矿物燃料—库仑滴定法测定全硫》与GB/T 214—2007《煤中全硫的测定方法》中库仑滴定法的主要差异。选择分别来自中国、美国、澳大利亚等国家具有充分地域代表性的、包含褐煤、烟煤和无烟煤三大煤种的50个固体矿物燃料样品进行国际实验室间的全硫测定协同试验研究,经过对试验数据统计分析后发现,重复性限r和量值水平m、再现性限R和量值水平m均线性相关高度显著,因此库仑滴定法测定全硫的精密度可用公式形式表示。Based on that the coulomb titration method has characteristics like wide measuring range and rapid determination of total sulfur,from 4 aspects such as general particle size of the test sample of high sulfur coal electrolyte reuse conditions,suitable amount for testing,and precision of the method(restriction and reproducibility,the difference between coulomb titrations from the ISO 20336:2017(Solid mineral fuels-Determination of total sulfur by Coulomb titration method)and GB/T214(Determination of total sulfur in coal,the independent sulfur determination synergistic experimental study of 50 solid fossil fuel samples including lignite,bituminous coal and anthracite from representative are as like China,United States and Australia were done among international laboratories,through the statistical analysis of test data,the repeatability limit(r)and value level(m),the reproducibility limit R and value level m are all have dramatic linear correlation,therefore,the coulomb titration to determine the precision of total sulfur could be expressed using formula form.
