摘 要:通过使用红外测硫仪、直接测汞仪等对从印度尼西亚进口的105批褐煤进行品质检测,并对检测数据进行统计分析,得出印度尼西亚进口的褐煤大部分为高全水分、低灰分、特高挥发分、低硫、低发热量、特低氟、特低氯、特低磷、特低砷、特低汞。根据对印度尼西亚褐煤特性的分析以及使用该煤对企业成本、运输距离、品质稳定性、环境污染、人体健康等的影响,建议采用德国坑口电站燃烧干燥脱水技术进行干燥脱水以提升印度尼西亚褐煤的发热量,细分进口印度尼西亚褐煤产地及对褐煤使用热解提质技术以降低其水分、提高发热量。Through using infrared sulfur analyzer and direct mercury analyzer,the quality of the 105 batches of lignite imported from Indonesia was detected,the test data were statistically analyzed.Most of the lignite imported from Indonesia is high total moisture content,low ash content,high volatile content,low sulfur,low calorific value,extra low fluorine,extra low chlorine,extra low phosphorus,extra low arsenic and extra low mercury coal.According to lignite analysis of Indonesia,and how using this coal affected the enterprise from aspects such as corporate cost,transportation distance,quality stability,environmental pollution,human health,it was suggested that using German pithead power station combustion drying and dehydration technology to improve the calorific value of Indonesia lignite would be good,the sub-division of imported Indonesian lignite production place,and using pyrolysis quality improvement technology for lignite,could all reduce the moisture content and improve the calorific value.
