摘  要:介绍了古城煤矿选煤厂的概况,探讨其原有跳汰机使用情况及存在的问题。基于高效跳汰机跳汰选煤过程的数学模型及作为跳汰主要参数的床层松散度传感器为跳汰选煤学科重要的攻关内容,通过DMST型跳汰机在山东能源古城矿选煤厂的应用实例,介绍了DMST-20型多次脉动跳汰机的结构组成、跳汰选煤过程的动态数学模型、采用的跳汰床层松散度变化曲线检测装置(电子探杆)及矸石中煤排出量控制系统,指出将原有跳汰机改造为DMST型复振跳汰机后可提高跳汰机的分选效果,通过使用电子探杆和洗煤过程动态模型可更全面准确地了解跳汰床层的分层状态及产品产率的实时变化,可有效保证各分选产品的质量指标、降低矸石带煤量及提高精煤产量。The general circumstances on coal preparation plant were introduced,the use circumstances and existing problems of existing jigger were discussed in this paper.Based on the mathematical model of efficient jigging machine coal jigging process,and the bed looseness sensor as main parameters of jig,are always the important content for research of jigging coal preparation,through the DMST jig application in Shandong energy Gucheng coal mine coal preparation plant,the structure of multiple pulse jigs of DMST-20,the dynamic mathematical model of jigging coal preparation process,bed looseness changing curve test equipment(electronic probe rod)and discharge control system of gangue middings were introduced,it was indicated that making the existing jigging change to the DMST rejuvenation jig,could improve the sorting effect of the jigger,through using the electronic probe rod and dynamic model of coal washing process,the layered state of the jig and changing of yield,could be realized more accurately,the sorting product quality indicators could be efficiently ensured,the amount of coal in the gangue could be reduced and output of clean coal could be improved.
