摘　　要：结合选煤厂对质量公差限的要求,介绍了寺家庄选煤厂运用单值移动极差控制图进行跳汰洗煤的过程质量控制,验证了技术稳态先于统计稳态判定的可行性,并详细介绍了过程能力指数的计算及单值移动极差控制图的绘制,指出在连续生产过程中利用单值移动极差控制图进行过程控制较为方便。Combining with the quality tolerance limit of coal preparation plant,this paper introduced the application of single value-mobile difference control chart for jigging coal washing process quality control in Sijia zhuang coal preparation plant,technology of steady state is verified prior to statistical steady judgement in feasiblity,the process capability in dexcalculation and single value-mobile difference control chart were introduced,it was indicated that single value-mobile poor difference chart is more convenient for continuous production process.
