摘　　要：随着互联网和世界经济的发展,跨境电商已成为近年来影响传统国际贸易的新经济增长点。工贸一体企业是外贸公司中最具有国际竞争力的,相比于传统生产企业具备交货期稳定、产品开发、产品价格优惠等特点,更加适合发展跨境电商。本文从我国工贸企业的现状出发,根据跨境电子商务的进出口贸易总额与我国进出口贸易总额的比例,探讨了跨境电子商务的发展速度。其次,从降低企业经营成本、潜在市场以及促进企业品牌建设这三个方面,探讨工贸一体企业发展跨境电商的必要性。最后,通过PEST分析跨境电商的可行性,研究工贸一体发展跨境电商的所存在的障碍,并为企业工贸一体发展跨境电商提出合理建议。With the development of the Internet and the world economy, the cross-border electricity supplier has become a new economic growth point and has gradually replaced the traditional international trade status in recent years. Industry and trade enterprise is the most international competitiveness of foreign trade companies, compared to the traditional production enterprises have the stability of delivery, product development, product price preferences and other characteristics, more suitable for the development of cross-border e-commerce. Therefore, this paper studies the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the industrial and trade enterprises,and explores the necessity and feasibility of industrial and trade enterprises to develop cross-border e-commerce and puts forward suggestions for development. Starting from the current situation of industrial and trade enterprise, this paper discusses the development rate of cross-border e-commerce in the light of the ratio of the total trade volume of the cross-border e-commerce and the total foreign trade of our country. Secondly, from the three aspects of reducing enterprise operating cost, potential market and promoting enterprise brand construction, this paper discusses the necessity of industrial and trade integrated enterprises to develop cross-border e-commerce. Finally,we analyze the feasibility of cross-border electricity providers through PEST, and put forward reasonable proposals for the development of cross-border electricity providers.
