摘  要:本文针对出砂轻微的疏松砂岩油层进行了分析,给出了适合的顶部循环充填防砂完井工艺技术方案,并对该工艺的防砂完井工艺机理、防砂完井工艺管柱、配套的防砂完井工具及陶粒等进行了详细的分析介绍。文中结合该工艺的现场应用情况及防砂完井后油井产量进行了研究,研究结果表明:顶部循环充填防砂完井工艺适合直井和小斜度井,完井后防砂有效期长、油层与井眼之间渗透率高、油井产量可观,为相关新井的防砂完井配套工艺研究提高和现场应用起到了参考作用。Based on sand production slightly, loose sandstone reservoir are analyzed, and the suitable to the top of the circulation pack sand control completion technology scheme was gived,at the same time, the well completion technology of sand control mechanism of the process, the well completion technology of sand control string, form a complete set of sand control completion tools and ceramsite and so on has carried on the detailed analysis were introduced.In this paper, combined with field application and the technology of sand control completion after the well production were studied, the results show that the top circulation pack sand control completion technology suitable for vertical well and small angle well, sand control completion after long period of validity, between wellbore and reservoir permeability is high, the oil well production, a reference role was provided for sand control for the relevant new well completion technique research and field application.
