摘　　要：针对中草药超声波清洗过程复杂,目前自动化程度不高的问题,本项目组选用西门子S7-200系列PLC开发中草药清洗控制系统。该控制系统可对中草药清洗设备运行状态进行实时监控,实时检测清洗介质的温度、液位等控制信号,并动态管理超声波发生器、风机、输送带电机等动力部件和电磁阀等终端执行机构,实现自动运行的功能。In view of the complex process and low level of automation in ultrasonic cleaning process of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, the project team selected the Siemens S7-200 series PLC to develop a Chinese herbal medicine cleaning control system. The control system can monitor the operating status of the Chinese herbal medicine cleaning equipment in real time, real-timely detect the temperature, level and other control signals of the cleaning medium, and dynamically manage the ultrasonic actuators, fans, conveyor belt motors and other power components and solenoid valves and other terminal actuators, realizing automatic operation function.
