摘  要:目的:通过采用FOCUS-PDCA持续质量改进模式,探讨其对提高患者入院宣教知识知晓率的作用。方法:采用FOCUS-PDCA持续质量改进模式,对入院宣教中存在问题,进行根本原因分析,实施梳理流程、加强护士培训、制定考核标准、检查反馈等整改措施,对程序实施前后8个方面的入院宣教知识的知晓率进行对比分析。结果:采用FOCUS-PDCA持续质量改进模式后,入院宣教知识的知晓率优于实施前,由65.43%上升至87.2%。结论:运用FOCUS-PDCA持续质量改进模式可明显提高患者入院宣教知识知晓率。Objective:The paper is focused on the role of FOCUS-PDCA continuous quality improvement model in improving the awareness rate of patients’ knowledge of hospital admission education.Methods:The root causes to problems in admission education were analyzed using FOCUS-PDCA continuous quality improvement model.We conducted a comparative analysis between the awareness rate of hospital admission education knowledge before and after the implementation of process sorting,nurse training enhancement,assessment standards development,feedback checking and other improving measures from eight aspects(doctors and nurses,the use of pagers,how to repast,the environment of ward,the placement of personal items,security system,system of going out and systems of visit and escort).Results:The patients’ knowledgerate of admission education was better than before after the implementation of FOCUS-PDCA continuous quality improvement model from eight aspects(P 〈 0.05),and the patients’ knowledge rate of admission education increased from 65.43% to 87.2%(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of FOCUS-PDCA continuous quality improvement model can significantly improve the patients’ knowledge rate of hospital admission education.
