摘 要:为了探究10.5%三氟甲吡醚乳油(EC)对园林害虫榕管蓟马的毒杀活性并为其田间应用技术提供依据,采用浸叶法进行了室内毒力测定和喷雾法进行田间防效试验。室内毒力测定表明,10.5%三氟甲吡醚EC对榕管蓟马成虫48h LC50值为76.62mg/L。田间防效试验表明,10.5%三氟甲吡醚EC在140mg/L剂量,药后1、3d时防效显著低于添加助剂赛特胜及400mg/L 40%毒死蜱乳油,而在药后7d其防效提高到79.99%。10.5%三氟甲吡醚EC对榕管蓟马具有较好毒杀活性,通过相应助剂的添加使用适合田间推广应用。The study aims to explore the insecticidal activity of pyridalyl to a garden pest,Gynaikothripsuzeli Zimmer-man,and provide the basis for its field application technology.The leaf-dipping method was used to evaluate the in-secticidal activity of pyridalyl against G.uzeli,meanwhilethe spraying method was conducted in the field.Laboratorybioassay indicated that LC50 value of pyridalyl at 48 h was 76.62 mg/L.The field efficacy results indicated that pyri-dalyl10.5% EC atapplication rate of 140 mg/L was the lowest compared with"pyridalyl 10.5% EC + auxiliariesSAITESHENGTM"and chlorpyrifos40% EC at application rate of 400 mg/L on 1 stand 3 rdday while it could provide79.99% efficacy control on the 7 thday.Pyridalyl 10.5% EC has good insecticidal activity against G.uzeli,and it is wor-thy of being popularized if appropriate adjuvants added.
