摘  要:风扇冷却系统是挖掘机非常重要的组成部分,通常包含了发动机散热系统、液压散热系统和发动机进气冷却系统三个部分。风扇系统设计的成败决定着挖掘机整机的热平衡以及噪声是否能够顺利通过相关的标准。传统的挖掘机液压风扇系统采用溢流阀调节压力,实现风扇转速的可调,这种系统溢流的流量在低温时有较大的能量损失,不益于液压风扇系统的节能和环保。该文介绍一种容积调速的液压风扇系统,该系统采用变量泵作为动力源,利用传感器检测液压油温、发动机冷却水温和环境温度,通过控制器综合逻辑判定后,输出相应的电流信号至电比例溢流阀,电比例溢流阀变量的压力通过管路传递到变量泵,改变泵的排量从而实现风扇转速的可控性。Fan cooling system is one of the important parts of excavator, which include three parts: engine cooling system, hydraulic cooling system and engine inlet cooling system. The design of fan system will determine whether the excavator heat balance and noise meet standard requirements. Traditional excavator hydraulic fan system uses overflow valve to adjust the pressure so as to make the fan adjustable. However,this hydraulic system's flow loses too much energy when the temperature is low, which is not benefit for energy conservation and environment protection. This thesis introduces a volume-control hydraulic fan system, which uses variable-flow pump as power source, detect the temperature of hydraulic fluid, engine cooling water and environment by transducer. After the controller's comprehensive logical judges, it output the relevant current signal to electric proportional relief valve, which variable pressure transmit to variable-flow pump by pipeline, causing displacement change to realize the fan's rotate speed be under control.
