摘  要:受创新性的约束,目前公开文献中关于钻井液助剂筛选研究多只关注性能指标的优劣,常常忽视了价格因素的影响,其评价结果对指导实际生产作业的作用有限,本文提出了引入性价比原则,即在筛选钻井液助剂过程中应充分考虑性能指标与价格因素的影响,使选择出的钻井液助剂更接近实际生产需要。作者以抑制剂优选为例说明了利用性价比原则筛选助剂方法,筛选结果表明性能指标最优的助剂不一定是最适合的,通过增加价格因素可以筛选出性能优异、价格低廉的产品,基于优选出的助剂所构建的配方,能有效控制钻井液的单方成本。Under the constraint of innovation, in the current public literature, the research on drilling fluid additives selection focuses on the performance indicators. It often ignores the impact of price factors, and its evaluation results have limited effect on practical production.This paper put forward the principle of introduction of cost performance, which should be considered in the process of drilling fluid additives screening performance indicators and price factors, make the choice of drilling fluid additives is closer to the actual production needs. The author take the optimization of inhibitors as an example to illustrate the use of the cost-effectiveness principle screening auxiliary method, the selection results show that the best supporting agents are not necessarily the most suitable ones.
