摘 要:对于抽油泵开采的稠油井、大斜度定向井,抽油杆工作条件恶劣,举升系统完整性难以保障,针对这些问题,研制了旁通阀液力反馈泵,采用液力反馈技术,为杆柱下行提供动力,避免下行中杆柱弯曲导致的偏磨,提高泵充满程度;同时,针对该类问题,建立了仿真优化模型,模型采用分段迭代算法,在常规设计方法的基础上着重考虑了井眼轨迹、井液黏温、杆管摩擦力等因素,轴向力和侧向力耦合计算,满足各种复杂井况下举升系统的精准设计,使得举升系统设计定量化。实施效果表明,该工艺技术延长大斜度稠油井检泵周期、提高系统效率,为油田开发后期井况较复杂的低产井采油提供了新的思路。For heavy oil well using pump, high angle wells, sucker rod working conditions is poor, lifting system integrity is difficult to guarantee.To solve these problems, the bypass valve hydraulic feedback pump is developmented.Using hydraulic feedback technology, providing the power for the sucker rod, avoid eccentric wear of the rod bending causes in down stroke, improve pump filling degree. At the same time, aiming at the problem, developed the lifting process simulation and optimization model, using piecewise iterative algorithm.Based on conventional design method, the well trajectory, fluid viscosity and temperature, friction factor of rod tube is considered, calculation of axial force and lateral force coupling, meet the precision design of lifting system of complex well condition, which makes the design of artificial lifting system quantitative. The implementation result shows that this technology prolongs the normal production cycle of sucker rod pump system,improves the efficiency of the heavy oil well. It provides a new way for oil production in the late stage of oilfield development.
