摘 要:针对页岩气压裂施工对滑溜水的性能要求及长宁区块页岩气储层特征,室内通过对降阻剂、黏土稳定剂、助排剂的优选评价,形成了配方为0.07%乳液减阻剂+0.1%助排剂+0.3%黏土稳定剂的滑溜水体系,并对该体系进行了性能评价。研究结果表明:用总矿化度为35 484.7 mg/L的返排液配制的滑溜水,其表面张力为23.1 m N/m,降阻率为73.6%,且配伍性能良好。经9口页岩气井的现场应用证明,该滑溜水体系具有速溶、低伤害、低摩阻、低加量、耐盐等优势。According to the performance requirements of shale gas fracturing on slippery water and the characteristics of shale gas reservoirs in Changning block, through the optimization evaluation of different resistance reducers, clay stabilizers and fracturing assistant in the room, a slippery water system with the formula of 0.07 % emulsion drag reducer+0.1 % fracturing assistant+0.3 % clay stabilizer was formed, and its performance was evaluated. The research results show that the slippery water prepared with the backflow liquid with the total mineralization degree of 35 484.7 mg/L has a surface tension of 23.1 m N/m and a drag reduction rate of 73.6 %, and good compatibility. The field application of 9 shale gas wells proves that this slippery water system has advantages of instant dissolution, low damage, low friction, low dosage, salt tolerance.
