摘  要:目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融联合O_3及消炎镇痛液治疗包容性双节段腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法:对64例包容性双节段腰椎间盘突出症病人行CT引导下低温等离子射频消融联合O_3及消炎镇痛液注射治疗。于术前,术后1周、1个月、3个月和6个月应用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对病人的疼痛水平进行评价,用改良的Macnab标准行手术疗效的优良率评估。结果:术后各时间点病人VAS评分均显著低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后1周、1个月、3个月和6个月的优良率分别为65.6%、73.4%、81.3%和67.2%。结论:低温等离子射频消融联合O_3及消炎镇痛液治疗包容性双节段腰椎间盘突出症安全、有效。objective: To evaluate the efficacy of nucleoplasty coblation combined with ozone and analgesic mixture injection in patients with contained double-segmental lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: 64 patients with contained double-segmental LDH were treated with nucleoplasty coblation combined with ozone and analgesic mixture injection therapy guided by CT. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was recorded before the op- eration~ and 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The improved MacNab criterion was ap- plied to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results: The VAS scores after treatment for all post-treatment time points were remarkably lower than pre-treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01). The excellent and good rate of therapy at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months was respectively 65.6%,73.4%,81.3% and 67.2%. Conclusion: This study indicates that nucleoplasty coblation combined with ozone and analgesic mix-ture injection therapy is an effective and safe technique for treating contained double-segmental LDH.
