地铁车站换乘空间体验优化设计研究

摘　　要：地铁车站换乘空间作为城市地铁网络的关键点,其用户体验的优劣与否在很大程度上影响着城市地铁网络的运行效率,以及对乘客的吸引力。通过整体性系统化的研究,从基于换乘的车站布局、界面的优化、光环境的利用、导视系统的优化、文化因素的植入及设施的完善等6方面进行了详细分析。其结论将有助于提升和改善地铁换乘空间的使用体验,从而营造更好、更人性化的地铁空间。Metro station interchange space is a key point in urban rail transit network, whether or not, good or bad the experiences of passengers will greatly influence the operation efficiency of metro network and the attraction of passengers. Through an integrated and systematic study, the passenger experience design is analyzed in detail from 6 aspects, including the station layout based on interchange, optimization of interface, use of light environment,visual identification system improvement, cultural factors implantation and facilities improvement. This conclusion will help to enhance and improve the passenger experiences in metro interchange space,and create a more humanized metro station space.
