摘 要:在扬声器模块的检测中,采用基于短时傅立叶变换的方法,分析扬声器的扫频激励响应信号。根据基频能量占比选择特征值,从大量样本的分布中统计出阈值,然后通过比较待测产品的特征值与阈值,检测扬声器是否合格品。经过实验和实际生产过程检验,该方法可以有效检测出扬声器模块不合格品,节省了大量人力成本。In the detection of loudspeaker module, the scanning frequency excitation response signal of loudspeaker is analyzed by means of shorttime Fourier transform. According to the base frequency energy proportion, the feature value is selected, and the threshold value is calculated from the distribution of a large number of samples. Then, by comparing the characteristic value and threshold value of the product to be tested, whether the speaker is qualified or not is detected. Through the test and the actual production process test, this method can effectively detect the speaker module unqualified products, saving a lot of manpower cost.
