摘　　要：本文介绍了挣值分析法的基本原理,阐述了用挣值分析对项目的进度和费用控制的原理和过程,并通过举例说明了此方法在GJB5000A软件项目研制过程中的用法,从而实现对项目执行状况的监督与控制。This paper introduces the basic principle of the earned value analysis, expounds the principle and process of the progress and cost control of the project by the earned value analysis, and illustrates the usage of this method in the development of the GJB5000 A software project by an example,so as to realize the supervision and control of the status of the project.
