摘　　要：目的调查肿瘤患者照顾者心理脱离水平的现状及其影响因素。方法便利抽样法抽取2016年6-9月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院放疗二科住院治疗的肿瘤患者照顾者247例,采用自制的一般资料调查表、心理脱离量表以及Zarit家庭负担量表对其进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果本组照顾者中57.1%属于心理脱离高水平,42.9%属于心理脱离低水平。照顾者的心理脱离总分与照顾负担总分、社会负担维度均呈负相关(P<0.01);是否与他人一起照顾、家庭月收入、每天照顾患者的时间、工作情况、社会负担是影响照顾者心理脱离的重要因素。结论肿瘤患者照顾者在非照顾时间的心理脱离水平较低。护理人员应同步评估患者以及照顾者,了解照顾者的照顾压力以及心理恢复水平,并指导照顾者在非照顾时间停止思考有关患者的事情,有效地获得身心恢复。Objective To analyze the psychological detachment level of primary caregivers of cancer patients and its influencing factors.Methods By convenience sampling method,247 cases were selected and investigated by using self-designed questionnaire,psychological detachment scale and Zarit burden interview（ZBI）.Results 57.1% of caregivers had a high level of psychological detachment,while 42.9% of caregivers had a low level of psychological detachment.The score of psychological detachment was negatively correlated with caregiving burden and social burden（P〈0.01）.The contribution of other caregivers,monthly family income,daily caregiving time,job and social burden were the influencing factors of psychological detachment of caregivers.Conclusions The psychological detachment of caregivers is at a relatively low level during non-care time.Healthcare providers should assess the caregiving burden and psychological recovery level of caregivers,and direct caregivers to stop thinking about the patients during non-care time,thus ultimately regain the physical-mental recovery.
