出院后阶段性电话回访对乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能锻炼的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨出院后阶段性电话回访对乳腺癌术后患者肢体功能锻炼的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取2016年1-6月在我科行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者30例作为对照组,同法选择2016年7-12月在我科行手术治疗乳腺癌患者30例作为观察组。观察组出院后根据手术时间进行阶段性电话回访,分别是术后14d、术后1个月和术后3个月,对照组常规出院后随访。对两组患者锻炼达优率和肩关节活动度达标率的情况进行比较分析。结果观察组患者功能锻炼达优率93.33%,对照组为73.33%;术后患侧上肢前屈、后伸、外展、内收4个肩关节活动度达标率比较,观察组患者为96.67%,对照组为70.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出院后阶段性电话回访应用于乳腺癌术后患者功能锻炼,能够显著促进乳腺癌术后患肢功能的恢复,促进患者早期康复及恢复正常生活。Objective To investigate the effects of periodical telephone follow-up on the functional training of postoperative breast cancer patients after discharge.Methods By convenience sampling method,thirty breast cancer patients underwent surgery in our department from January to June 2016 were enrolled in the control group and thirty breast cancer patients underwent surgery from July to December 2016 were selected in the observation group.After discharge,the observation group received periodical telephone follow-ups in 14 days,one month and three months after operation day,and the control group was followed up routinely.A comparative analysis was conducted between the two groups on the exercise excellent rate and the compliance rate of shoulder joint activity.Results In the observation group,the exercise excellent rate was93.33% and it was 73.33%in the control group.The postoperative compliance rates of the four shoulder joint activities on the affected side were compared.Patients in the observation group had a compliance rate of 96.67% and it was 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The periodical telephone follow-up on the functional training of postoperative breast cancer patients after discharge could significantly promote the recovery of limb function after breast cancer surgery,promote early rehabilitation and restore the normal life of patients.
