摘  要:本文利用磁场筛选机(以下简称“磁筛”)对河北某铁矿选厂铁精矿和高频筛给矿进行了选矿试验,为选厂改造提供了两套方案。通过选厂铁精矿精选提质试验和选厂铁精矿磁筛尾矿再磨再选试验确定了方案一:把磁筛放在选厂最终精选的位置,选厂铁精矿精选提质试验可以得到产率89.10%、品位68.78%、回收率92.85%的精矿产品,品位由66.00%提高到68.78%,提高了2.78个百分点;选厂铁精矿磁筛尾矿再磨再选试验可以得到产率74.72%、品位65.01%、回收率78.73%的铁精矿,品位由44.86%提高到65.01%,提高了20.15个百分点。通过选厂高频筛给矿选矿试验确定了方案二:把磁筛放在选厂高频筛之后,选厂高频筛给矿选矿试验可以得到产率38.63%、品位67.44%、回收率67.58%的精矿产品,品位由38.55%提高到67.44%,提高了28.89个百分点。In this paper, the magnetic screening machine (hereinafter referred to as "magnetic sieve") had been used in the ore dressing test of iron concentrate and high frequency sieves in an iron ore selection plant in Hebei, which provided two sets of schemes for the renovation of the plant. Through concentration and upgrading experiments of con- centrate and regrinding and reeleaning experiments of its taillings, confirmed the project one: put the magnetic field screening separator in the final concentrate processing. Through concentration and upgrading experiments of the con- centrate, concentrate products were got these have the rate of 89.10%, the grade of 68.78% and the reeovery of 92.85%. The grade increased from 66.00% to 68.78% and increased by 2.78 percentage point. Through regrinding and reeleaning experiments of tailings of concentration and upgrading experiments of the concentrate, concentrate products were got these have the rate of 74.72%, the grade of 65.01% and the recovery of 78.73%. The grade in- creased from 44.86% to 65.01% and increased by 20.15 percentage point. Through mineral processing experiments of the high frequency sieve feed, confirmed the project two: put the magnetic field screening separator after the high frequency sieve. Through mineral processing experiments of the high frequency sieve feed, concentrate products were got these have the rate of 38.63%, the grade of 67.44% and the recovery of 67.58%. The grade increased from 38.55% to 67.44% and increased by 28.89 percentage point.
