摘  要:正规循环作业是巷道施工质量、施工速度及提高劳动生产率的有力保障。本文以工业工程理论中工作研究理论和生产计划控制理论为基础,以鹤煤三矿四水平南翼皮带巷掘进工作面为研究对象,对该掘进工作面正规循环作业进行优化,以提高工人的操作效率,提高掘进效率。The regular cycle operation is a powerful guarantee for roadway construction quality, construction speed and labor productivity. This paper took the theory of work research theory and production planning control in industri- al engineering theory as the basis, and took the research on the excavation face of the south wing belt lane in the fourth level of Hebi Coal Mine. The object was to optimize the regular reeireulation work on the working face of the excavation so that the operation efficiency of the workers could be improved to a certain extent and the excavation effi- ciency could be improved.
