摘　　要：为全面了解吉林省卫生计生系统各级各类网站建设及运行情况,切实加强、规范网站管理,全面提高全省卫生计生系统门户网站建设水平,吉林省卫生计生委从自查整改、实地检查、第三方评估三个阶段对全省卫生计生系统网站进行评估并打分。评估采用德尔菲法和焦点小组访谈法相结合的方法,确定评估指标和指标权重系数,最终得出三个等级指标。文章将以二级指标为基础,对吉林省卫生计生相关单位门户网站进行普查、评估、打分,多角度展示全省卫生计生门户网站运行情况。根据门户网站评估结果发现存在的问题,提出相应的整改建议。网站评估的开展将有力地推动吉林省卫生计生系统网站建设与管理的规范化和标准化进程,提升网站的创新性、可用性、稳定性和交互性。In order to fully understand the construction and operation of all kinds of websites in the health and family planning system of Jilin Province, strengthen and standardize the website management, and improve the construction level of the portal website of the health and family planning system in Jilin Province, Jilin Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission will carry out self-examination and rectification through field inspection, third-party evaluation of the three stages of the provincial health and family planning system website evaluation and scoring. The evaluation adopts the combination of Delphi method and focus group interview method to determine the evaluation index and index weight coefficient and finally get three grade indexes. Based on the second-level index, this paper makes a general survey, evaluation, scoring and multi-angle display of the health and family planning portal website in Jilin Province. According to the problems of portal evaluation results, puts forward the corresponding suggestions for rectification. The development of website evaluation will promote thestandardization and standardization of the construction and management of health and family planning system website in Jilin Province, and improve the innovation, usability, stability and interactivity of the website.
