摘　　要：医院的"核心竞争力"是指在某一或某些领域实现持续竞争优势的一系列互补技能和知识的组合,是通过优秀的文化与医务实践融合而形成的本医院独特的能力,是医院内部具有的能成为最关键竞争优势的有形或无形条件。中医院"核心竞争力"是影响医疗市场的重要因素,提升中医院核心竞争力是中医药医疗改革建设中医院发展的根本问题,文章通过对专科专病发展的探讨,阐释中医院核心竞争力与专科专病建设的关系,从多角度、新视角找寻切实有效提高中医院综合实力的可行方法,推动医改大潮下中医院转型与建设,扩大中医院的知名度和影响力,为人民健康事业做出贡献。Hospital＇s ＂core competence＂ refers to achieve sustained competitive advantage in the field of one, or some combination of a series of complementary skills and knowledge, through the excellent culture and medical practice fusion and form the unique ability of this hospital, it is a tangible or intangible critical conditions for hospital internal competitive advantage. TCM hospital＇s ＂core competitiveness＂ is an important factor in affecting the medical market, which is a fundamental problem in the development of TCM hospitals, and in the course of the development of the specialized disease. This article explains the relationship between the core competitiveness of the TCM hospital and the specialized disease, and to find a way to improve the overall competitiveness of TCM hospital, to promote the transformation and development of the hospital, to expand the awareness and influence of the TCM hospital, and to contribute to the health of the people.
