开放性前列腺手术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析开放性前列腺手术治疗良性前列腺增生的效果。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月—2017年3月良性前列腺增生患者资料24例,均给予开放性前列腺手术,总结手术结果。结果 24例患者手术均成功,术后未出现任何并发症。在手术指标上,平均手术时间为(58.36±12.04)min,出血量为(165.25±57.32)ml,住院时间为(7.01±2.18)d;术后I-PSS评分降低,最大尿流率增加,和术前统计比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予良性前列腺增生患者开放性前列腺手术,能减少出血量,提高生存质量。Objective To analyze the effect of open prostatectomy on benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods The data of 24 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were given open prostatectomy and the results were summarized. Results All 24 patients were operated successfully without any complications after operation. The average operation time was（58.36±12.04） min, the amount of bleeding was（165.25±57.32） ml, and the time of hospitalization was（7.01±2.18） d, and the I-PSS score was reduced and the maximum urine flow rate increased after operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Open prostatectomy for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the quality of life.
