摘　　要：目的探究孟鲁司特咀嚼片联合盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗急性毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选取在2017年8月—2018年3月来我院进行治疗的90例急性毛细支气管炎患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例,对照组采取常规的急性支气管肺炎治疗手段,治疗组在此基础上给予孟鲁司特咀嚼片联合盐酸丙卡特罗片辅助治疗,记录患儿每次喘息持续时间、喘息反复次数以及住院治疗次数。结果治疗组喘息持续时间、反复次数以及住院次数较对照组少,治疗组的总有效率达到95.56%,高于对照组的73.3%,(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特咀嚼片联合盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎较常规治疗可以减少每次喘息持续时间、喘息反复次数以及住院治疗次数。Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast chewable tablets combined with procaterol hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of acute bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 90 children with acute bronchiolitis who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine acute bronchopneumonia. On the basis of this, the treatment group was given montelukast chewable tablets combined with procaterol hydrochloride tablets for adjuvant therapy. The duration of each wheezing, the number of wheezing times, and the length of hospital stay were recorded. Results The duration of wheezing, number of repetitions and length of stay in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.56%, which was higher than that in the control group（73.3%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast chewable tablets combined with procaterol hydrochloride tablets for children with acute bronchiolitis can reduce the duration of each wheezing,the number of wheezing repetitions, and the number of hospitalizations.
