真武汤合丹参四物汤治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析真武汤合丹参四物汤治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效。方法随机选取本院60例原发性肾病综合征患者,按照是否给予中药真武汤合丹参四物汤治疗分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组仅予规范化激素和常规抗凝治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药真武汤合丹参四物汤治疗,疗程均8周,观察两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白;血浆白蛋白及中医症候积分情况。结果两组总体疗效比较治疗组93.3%优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组中医症候积分对比治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),而治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真武汤合丹参四物汤可以提高原发性肾病综合征患者的总体疗效,改善临床症状,降低24 h蛋白尿、升高血浆白蛋白,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of zhenwu decoction combined with danshen siwu decoction in treating primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods 60 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly selected and divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group. The control group was only treated with normalized hormone and conventional anticoagulant therapy. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine zhenwu decoction and danshen siwu decoction, with a course of 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, 24 h urinary protein, plasma albumin and TCM syndrome integral of two groups was compared. Results The total curative effect of the treatment group（93.3%） was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）, while the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）; Two groups of patients 24 h urine protein, plasma albumin comparison, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with danshen siwu decoction can obviously improve the overall effect of the patients with primary nephrotic syndrome, improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the 24 h proteinuria, increase the plasma albumin, and improve the quality of life of the patients.
