摘 要:目的评价彩色多普勒超声下甲状腺结节内钙化对良恶性鉴别的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术以及病理证实的40例良性结节与45例恶性结节的钙化灶形态结构,评价钙化灶类型对甲状腺结节良恶性诊断影响。结果良恶性结节的微钙化检出率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)超声诊断价值:敏感性为84.4%(38/45),特异性为87.5%(35/40),准确性为85.9%(73/85)。结论甲状腺微钙化对于甲状腺癌诊断意义重大,临床可将彩超诊断甲状腺结节微钙化作为甲状腺癌的重要筛查方法。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of intra-thyroid nodular calcification in benign and malignant patients under color Doppler ultrasound. Methods The morphological structure of calcified lesions in 40 cases of benign nodules and 45 cases of malignant nodules confirmed by surgery and pathology was retrospectively analyzed. The effects of calcification types on the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules were evaluated. Results There was significant difference in the detection rate of microcalcification between benign and malignant nodules (P 〈 0.05). Ultrasound diagnostic value: sensitivity of 84.4% (38/45), specificity of 87.5% (35/40), accuracy of 85.9% (73/85). Conclusion The thyroid microcalcification is of great significance in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Color doppler ultrasonography can be used as an important screening method for thyroid cancer.
