摘　　要：科研活动的投入与产出管理是我国科研管理工作的主要内容,尤其是科研产出即科研成果是我国构建创新型国家的重要组成部分。然而,科研成果向现实生产力的转化是科研创新活动的最终归宿。所以,科研成果的转化是我国科技管理工作的重点,科研成果及其转化基本内涵的研究与界定,对促进科研成果向现实生产力的转化具有重要现实意义。本研究基于科研成果及其转化的有关概念,探讨了科研成果转化率的认识偏差、测度指标、测度方法等内容,以期对我国科研成果转化工作的研究与发展提供一些建议。The input and output management of scientific research activities is the main content of scientific research management in China,especially scientific research output,which is an important part of China＇s construction of an innovation-oriented country. However,the transformation of scientific research achievements into real productive forces is the ultimate goal of scientific research innovation. So,scientific research achievements transformation is the key of the management work of science and technology in our country,the conversion of scientific research achievements and its basic connotation research and define,to promote the transformation of the scientific research achievements into real productive forces has important practical significance. Based on the transformation of scientific research achievements and its related concept,this study discusses the understanding of the scientific research achievements conversion rate deviation,measure index and measure method,hoping to provide some suggestions to the work of transformation of scientific research achievements in China＇s research and development.
