摘　　要：网络已经成为了人与人之间相互交流、获得信息的一个重要工具,科技信息是当今重要的一种信息资源,一些具有价值的科技信息,甚至可以带动一个产业的发展或者是使社会的生产力发生巨大变革。在网络环境下,科技信息服务实践应当如何进行,也就成了我们应当重点研究的一个问题。我们将对网络环境下的科技信息服务现状进行介绍,并且研究当今时代网络环境科技信息服务的现状。最后,提出几条网络环境下提升服务效果的重要举措,希望能对相关的部门和人员带来一定的帮助。The network has become an important tool for people to communicate with each other and obtain information.Science and technology information is an important information resource today. Some valuable scientific and technological information can even drive the development of an industry or make the productivity has undergone tremendous changes. Under the network environment,how scientific and technological information service practice should be carried out has become a problem that we should focus on. We will introduce the current state of scientific and technological information services under the network environment,and study the current state of the network environment science and technology information services. Finally,several important measures for improving service effectiveness under the network environment are proposed,hoping to bring certain help to related departments and personnel.
