摘 要:在既有桥梁的运维管理中,传统模式存在无法集成管理运维信息、监测桥梁的结果不够直观、构件施工的信息缺失或分散等问题,运维管理的效果较差。为此,应用了以BIM技术为基础的运维管理方式。BIM技术的应用能大大提升既有桥梁的使用质量和使用安全性。主要介绍BIM技术与运维管理的内涵,分析既有桥梁在运维管理方面的不足,介绍BIM技术的应用优势,并以一个案例为例介绍以BIM技术为基础运维管理既有桥梁的具体应用。In the operation and maintenance management of existing bridges,the traditional model has problems such as the inability to integrate management and maintenance information,the results of monitoring bridges are not intuitive,and the lack or dispersion of information on component construction. The operation and maintenance management has a poor effect. For this reason,an operation and maintenance management method based on BIM technology has been applied. The application of BIM technology can greatly improve the quality of the existing bridges and the use of safety.It Introduces the connotation of BIM technology and operation and maintenance management,analyzes the insufficiency of existing bridges in operation and maintenance management,introduces application advantages of BIM technology,and uses a case as an example to introduce specific operation and maintenance management based on BIM technology.
