摘　　要：通过对珠海电厂脱硫控制系统改造方案实施过程中所遇难点及解决方案的总结汇总,提出多网段隔离分配、合理制定改造方案、分段精细化制定施工计划的应对策略。实际改造案例结果表明,该项目所采用的改造策略可保证安全合理完成脱硫控制系统改造项目并达到改造预期目的。Through summary of the problems and solutions in the process of reforming the desulfurization control system of Zhuhai power plant, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the isolation and distribution of multiple network segments, the rational formulation of reform schemes, and the detailed formulation of the construction plan. The results of the actual reconstruction case show that the reform strategy adopted in this project can ensure the safe and reasonable completion of the desulfurization control system renovation project and achieve the desired purpose.
