摘 要:用于贸易计量的气体流量计主要有速度式、容积式和差压式等类型。按照仪表特性和应用类型的要求,对于不同的应用场合,需要使用不同类型的流量计。为了与不同类型的流量计配套使用,对多种流量计的流量计数学模型以及如何将这些数学模型应用于体积修正仪中进行了研究。这些数学模型包括输出脉冲信号的涡轮、腰轮等速度式或容积式流量计的流量计算数学模型,以及孔板、喷嘴等差压式的一次装置流量计算数学模型。对天然气、氮气和蒸汽等不同气体介质进行分析处理,对于含有幂函数等运算复杂的数学模型公式,采用预先建立数据查询表格并使用线性插值计算的方法。通过对多种类型流量计数学模型的分析以及对复杂公式进行的化简计算,在保证计算精度的同时提高了计算速度,使之能应用于低功耗的体积修正仪中。The gas flowmeters for trade metering mainly include speed type,volumetric type and differential pressure type,etc.,in accordance with the instrument characteristics and application requirements,different types of flowmeters are requited in different applications. In order to make these different types of flow meters to be used supplementary,the mathematical models for calculating the flowrates of various flowmeters and how to apply these mathematical models to the volume correctors are studied.These mathematical models include the flowrate calculation mathematical model of the speed or volumetric flowmeters,such as the turbine and the roots flowmeter which output the pulse signal and the flow calculation mathematical model of the differential pressure flowmeters,such as the orifice and the nozzle. In addition,different gas media such as natural gas,nitrogen and steam are also analyzed and processed. For complex mathematical model formulas that contain power functions,etc.,the pre-built data lookuptable and linear interpolation method are used. Through the analysis of many types of flowmeter mathematical models and the simplified calculation of complicated formulas,the computational speed is improved while the computational accuracy is ensured,so that it can be applied to the low-power consumption volume correctors.
