摘 要:针对目前冶锌置换渣综合回收利用存在的问题,采用氧化酸浸工艺结合氟化浸出工艺,确定了渣中有价金属的高效浸出工艺技术参数为:氧化浸出段,反应温度为85℃,双氧水加入量为0.3 g/g渣,硫酸废液的加入量为0.5 g/g渣和反应时间为4 h;氟化浸出段,反应温度为85℃,氟化铵加入量为0.015 g/g渣,硫酸废液的加入量为0.5 g/g渣和反应时间为2 h。采用二段浸出工艺,锌、铁和铜的浸出率达99%以上,锗和镓也达98%以上。According to the existing problems of the comprehensive recovery and utilization of zinc powder replacement residues,the technology parameters of high leaching of elements of valuable metals in the slag were determined by oxidative acid leaching process combined with fluoridation leaching process:oxidation leaching section,the reaction temperature is 85 ℃,the amount of hydrogen peroxide added is 0. 3 g/g slag,the dosage of sulfuric acid waste liquid is 0. 5 g/g slag and the reaction time is 4 h;the fluorination leaching section,the reaction temperature is 85 ℃,the amount of ammonium fluoride added is 0. 015 g/g slag,sulfuric acid waste liquid was added 0. 5 g/g slag and the reaction time was 2 h. Using two-stage leaching process,the leaching rate of Zn,Fe and Cu were more than 99%,Ge and Ga were more than 98%.
