摘  要:以亚洲型舞毒蛾(Lymantria dispar)和欧洲型舞毒蛾为供试虫,研究了不同人工饲养方法对其生长发育指标的影响。结果表明:饲料经蒸汽锅煮制后,能显著减少幼虫的感病率,其化蛹率和蛹质量也显著增加。此外,纱布分离绒毛覆盖物法处理初孵幼虫,可增加初孵幼虫的成活率,并降低感病率。在供试的3个种群中,以老熟幼虫羽化率、幼虫历期、化蛹率和蛹质量为指标,比较了3种器皿饲养条件下的幼虫生长发育情况,结果表明,钻孔果冻杯饲养的幼虫生长情况较好,其化蛹率和蛹质量显著高于方形培养皿及气窗式果冻杯。舞毒蛾经室内人工饲养3代后,各项生物学指标稳定,种群未出现退化现象。Asian gypsy moths and European gypsy moths were used as test insects to study the effects of different artificial feeding methods on the biological indexes of their growth and development. The results showed that the infection rate of the larvae was significantly reduced after the cooking of the Steam Kettle, and the pupation rate were significantly increased. The treatment of newly hatched larvae with gauze can increase the survival rate of early-larvae larvae and reduce the incidence of infection. According to the emergence rate, duration of larval stage, pupation rate and pupal weight of mature larvae, three larvae feeding vessels were compared in the three tested populations. The larvae growth in the drilled jelly cup is best, and the pupation rate are significantly higher than that of the square petri dish and the air window jelly cup. After three generations of artificial breeding, the biological indexes are stable, and the population does not degenerate.
