摘 要:为寻找具有除草活性的农副产物,采用种子萌发法,以稗草、千金子、陌上菜、异型莎草种子为施用对象,测定了米糠、豆粕、水稻秸秆等15种农副产物乙醇提取物的除草活性。结果表明:棉籽壳、油菜饼块和柚子皮乙醇提取物对稗草幼根的抑制率分别为87.08%、70.81%、66.52%,对稗草幼芽的抑制率分别为76.54%、69.27%、67.87%,其中棉籽壳乙醇提取物对陌上菜幼根、幼芽生长的抑制率分别为75.05%、50.34%。因此棉籽壳乙醇提取物的除草活性较高,具有进一步开发植物源除草剂的潜能。In order to develop novel botanical herbicides, we screened natural products from agricultural by-products with herbicidal activities. The herbicidal activity of ethanol extracts from 15 agricultural by-products were evaluation of inhibited four weeds: Echinochlo acrusgalli, Leptochloa chinensis, Linder-nia procumbens, and Cyperus difformis. The results showed that: cottonseed hull, rapeseed cake, and shaddock peel ethanol extracts inhibited 87.08% 70.81%, 66.52% of E. acrusgalli radicle and 76.54%, 69.27%, 67.87% of germinal, respectively. Cottonseed hull ethanol extracts inhibited 75.05% of L. procumbens radicle and 50.34% of L. procumbens germinal.Based on the current findings. It is concluded that ethanol extracts from cottonseed husks have the potential to further develop herbicides for its strong herbicidal activity.
