摘 要:对载货汽车AMT换档规律进行了研究,用解析法推导了相邻两档最佳动力性换档点速度,用图解法获得了最佳动力性换档规律曲线。基于AVL/Cruise性能仿真软件对配备了AMT的汽车进行了动力性仿真分析,并与配备传统机械变速器(MT)汽车进行了动力性能对比分析,得到如下结论:AMT汽车最大爬坡度比MT汽车增加了7.52%,最高车速减少了3.08%,最大加速度增加了9.63%。该研究工作对于提高中国自动机械变速器的创新和集成应用能力具有重要意义。The paper studied the transmission shifting schedule of automatic-mechanical-transmission(AMT)truck.The best dynamic transmission shifting velocity point was calculated according to analytical method and the optimal dynamic transmission shifting schedule curve was obtained based on graphical method.On the basis of AVL/CRUISE performance simulation software,the dynamic simulation analysis of AMT trucks was carried out.Comparing with MT vehicles on dynamic performance,the result indicated that the maximum climbing angle of AMT vehicles is 7.52% higher than MT vehicles,and the maximum acceleration was9.63% higher,but the maximum velocity was 3.08% lower.This study is significant for the ability of innovation and assembly application of Chinese automatic mechanical transmission.
