摘 要:[目的]筛选防治黑刺粉虱(Aleurocanthus spittiferus)和佛州龟蜡蚧(Ceroplastes floridensis)2种园林害虫的高效药剂。[方法]测定11种杀虫剂对黑刺粉虱和佛州龟蜡蚧这2种害虫2龄若虫的室内毒力。[结果]噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、氟啶虫胺腈、烯啶虫胺、啶虫咪、螺虫乙酯杀虫剂对黑刺粉虱2龄若虫的毒力较高,药后72 h LC_(50)分别为0.82、0.89、1.55、2.88、2.97、3.78 mg/L。噻虫嗪、螺虫乙酯、氟啶虫胺腈、唑虫酰胺、噻虫啉、噻嗪酮杀虫剂对佛州龟蜡蚧若虫的毒力也较高,药后72 h LC_(50)分别为0.65、1.21、2.64、3.10、5.10、8.72 mg/L。[结论]该研究结果为黑刺粉虱和佛州龟蜡蚧的有效防治提供了理论依据。[Objective]The aim was to screen out effective insecticides against Aleurocanthus spittiferus Quaintance and Ceroplastes floridensis Comstock in Cinnamomum japonicum Sieb.[Method]The toxicities of 11 insecticides to the 2 nd nymphs of the two pests were evaluated under laboratory conditions.[Result]Thiamethoxam,imidachloprid,sulfoxaflor,nitenpyram,acetamiprid and spirotetramat buprofezin exhibited high toxicities to the A.spittiferus nymphs,with the 72 h LC_(50) values of 0.82,0.89,1.55,2.88,2.97 and 3.78 mg/L,respectively.Thiamethoxam,spirotetramat,sulfoxaflor,tolfenpyrad,thiacloprid and buprofezin exhibited high toxicities to the C. floridensis nymphs,with the 72 h LC_(50) values of 0.65,1.21,2.64,3.10,5.10 and 8.72 mg/L,respectively.[Conclusion]The results provide reference for the control of Aleurocanthus spittiferus Quaintance and Ceroplastes floridensis Comstock.
