摘　　要：分析了安徽省港口湾水库灌区建设的必要性。结果表明,港口湾水库灌区是港口湾水库工程的配套工程,在抵御旱灾、保障粮食安全、促进经济社会发展、整合现有灌区、优化水资源配置等方面有着重要作用。The necessity of construction of irrigation district of Gangkouwan reservoir in Anhui Province was analyzed. Results showed as followed： the irrigation district of Gangkouwan reservoir in Anhui Province was an auxiliary project of Gangkouwan reservoir project,and played an important role in resisting drought,food security,promoting economic and social development,integrating existing irrigated areas and optimizing the allocation of water resources.
