熟人社会视角下农村内源性环境污染治理研究

摘　　要：农村熟人社会具有的人情、面子、信任以及规范等与农村内源性环境污染治理存在一定的矛盾,阻碍村民以及村委会发挥主体作用,同时政府又无法有效地单一主体治理农村内源性环境污染的问题。鉴于此,在分析熟人社会特点,及其与农村内源性环境污染治理之间矛盾的基础上,利用合作治理的方法来化解这一矛盾,以达到农村内源性环境污染良好治理,实现美丽乡村目标。There is a certain contradiction between rural acquaintance society and human endogenous environmental pollution control in rural areas,which hinders villagers and village committees from playing their main role.At the same time,the government could not effectively manage the problem of endogenous environmental pollution in rural areas with a single entity.In view of this,based on the analysis of the social characteristics of acquaintances and their conflicts with the endogenous environmental pollution control in rural areas,the study used cooperative governance to resolve this contradiction,so as to achieve a good governance of endogenous environmental pollution in rural areas,to achieve beautiful rural goals.
