摘　　要：目的:调查黑龙江省公立医院领导者对病人安全文化的认知情况及影响因素。方法:对黑龙江省公立医院377名领导者进行病人安全文化问卷调查,数据处理主要使用描述性统计和多重线性回归分析。结果:黑龙江省公立医院领导者对病人安全文化的总体认知水平相对不高,开放性沟通等方面需要特别加强;医院领导的专业背景、现任岗位工作年限、学历和医院规模是重要的影响因素。结论:卫生行政部门应有针对性地选拔和管理公立医院领导层,例如重视管理专业背景人才等;医院内部应加强领导者和医务人员的信任与沟通,不同医院规模应采取不同措施发展病人安全文化。Objective： To investigate the current cognition situation and influential factors of patient safety culture in public hospitals in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of hospital leaders. Methods： With the help of domestic mature questionnaires,we developed a patient safety culture questionnaire for hospital leaders. Through questionnaire survey,we collected 377 effective questionnaires from hospital leaders in public hospitals in Heilongjiang Province. The data were processed mainly using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. Results： The overall cognition of patient safety culture of the leaders of public hospitals in Heilongjiang Province was relatively low. The professional background of hospital leadership,the current working life of post,the academic qualifications and the size of the hospital were important influences factors. Conclusion： It was suggested that the health administrative departments should select and direct the leadership of public hospitals,such as the management of professional background personnel,etc,and the hospitals internal should strengthen trust and communication between leaders and employees,and take different measures for different hospitals to develop patient safety culture.
