日照市社区老年高血压患者社会支持影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查日照市社区老年高血压患者社会支持现状,分析其影响因素。方法:采用多阶段随机分层抽样方法,于2016年按照地域和经济水平抽取日照市6个社区580例60岁以上的老年人,进行问卷调查。结果:日照市社区老年高血压患者社会支持总分为(35.78±4.45)分,客观支持评分为(7.25±1.39)分,主观支持评分为(22.13±3.29)分,支持利用度为(6.40±1.71)分。4项评分均低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:日照市社区老年高血压患者社会支持情况不容乐观,政府和社区应构建与老年高血压患者相适宜的社会支持网络系统。Objective： To know the status quo of social support for elderly patients with hypertension in communities of Rizhao City,Shandong Province,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods： Total 580 elderly people aged over 60 years old in communities of Rizhao City of Shandong Province were selected as in 2016. The questionnaire survey was conducted. Results： The total score of social support for elderly patients with hypertension was（ 35.78±4.45） points,the objective support score was（ 7.25±1.39） points,the subjective support score was（ 22.13±3.29） points,the support utilization was（ 6.40＋1.71） points. The four scores were lower than the national norm,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The social support status of elderly hypertension patients in communities of Rizhao City is not optimistic,and the government and community should build a social support network system suitable for elderly hypertension patients.
