冷冻载体对人卵裂期胚胎冷冻复苏结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨冷冻载体对人卵裂期胚胎冷冻复苏结局的影响。方法对2016年1-12月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院生殖医学中心行冷冻胚胎移植且符合纳入标准的860个周期资料进行回顾性统计学分析,按照冷冻载体分为2组:叶片(Cryoleaf)载体组(n=522)和闭合型拉细麦管(CPS)载体组(n=338),比较2组间胚胎复苏率、胚胎完全复苏率、胚胎种植率和临床妊娠率的差异。结果 Cryoleaf载体组和CPS载体组间年龄、不孕年限、体质指数(BMI)、移植日内膜厚度,移植胚胎个数、移植优质胚胎个数、胚胎复苏率和胚胎种植率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);Cryoleaf载体组的胚胎完全复苏率和临床妊娠率高于载体组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合复苏胚胎的质量、发育潜能以及冷冻复苏效率,叶片载体优于闭合型拉细麦管载体。Objective To explore the effect of frozen carriers on the outcomes of the vitrified frozed-thawed cleavage stage embryos in assisted reproductive technology.Methods A retrospective statistical analysis was performed in The Center of Reproductive Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University of 860 thawing cycles,the cycles were divided into two groups dependent on two different frozen carriers：the Cryoleaf group with 522 cycles and the CPS group with 338 cycles;the implantation rate,the clinical pregnancy rate,the embryo survival rate,the total embryo survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results The embryo suvival rate and the implantation rate were no significant difference（P〈0.05）,but the the total embryo survival rate and the clinical pregnancy rate of the Cryoleaf group was significantly higher than the CPS group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Cryoleaf carrier is better than the CPS carrier in the outcomes of the vitrified frozed-thawed cleavage stage embryos in assistance of reproductive technology.
